About me
At the risk of becoming 'oversharing from Clare'😊 here's a bit about me and my journey..
Over the past few years, I’ve become deeply attuned to the power of connection—something that was missing from my life for a very long time.
When I was growing up I didn't have a lot of love and support around me, I felt very alone a lot of the time. I wasn’t seen, and I wasn’t heard. I was a lonely teenager I spent most of my time in my bedroom, dreaming of a different life.
That sense of disconnection followed me into adulthood, showing up in relationships and experiences that often mirrored the same lack of emotional safety.
It wasn't until i found 'my tribe' that i begin to find the power of connection. In touch and in emotion.
After attending a few sharing circles I found myself reflecting on my childhood and the relationships and experiences that have shaped me, particularly with my childhood. Becoming a mother myself guided my reflection into a deeper place which focused me into being the best person I can be to be a wise and stable example to him.
Inspired by my experiences, I’ve begun co-organising singing retreats this includes small sharing groups.
It's now that I feel called to create a space where others can experience that same kind of connection—a space rooted in presence, compassion, and healing. Because I know, from lived experience, how transformative it can be.
After looking at other women online that hold circle sharing groups, I felt somewhat inadequate. I lot of them have a whole arsenal of therapeutic offerings.
I don’t know much about moon cycles, somatic breathing, cacao ceremonies, journaling, or angel cards…and whilst some of these things hold some interest for me, I'm funnelling my intuition to follow my heart into holding circles.
I hope you will join me.

All of the jobs have given me insights into people and how different we all are and given the wealth of my experience I would like to think that very little phases me.
